Supervise and coordinate day-to-day system support and maintenance services to ensure stable operation of existing websites and information systems; 2. Oversee and monitor maintenance and project services delivered by contractors and vendors, and assist in conducting system analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and documentation; 3. Review, verify, and ensure all contractor deliverables comply with relevant Government standards, guidelines, and requirements; 4. Serve as an IT advisor and collaborator to work closely with end-users and contractors, facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders; 5. Contribute proper IT advices to the project and prepare relevant tenders, reports and plans; 6. Assist in project management and vendor management activities; 7. Provide general technical support to the office and IT projects; and 8. Perform any other duties as assigned by DH. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 6.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 4.0 Requirements 1. At least six years' post-qualification IT experience of which four years' must be in similar post and comparable capacity; 2. Experience in system maintenance and support for systems hosted in Cloud Infrastructure Services; 3. Experience in implementation/ maintenance/ support of web-based digitial certificate or license application systems; 4. Experience in supporting data exchange interface between information systems; 5. Familiar with the Government's IT standards and Guidelines, Procurement Procedures, and Security Guidelines is a plus; 6. Preferably with experience in implementing/ developing web applications integrated with iAM Smart; and 7. Preferably with experience in implementing/ developing online payment processing systems Technical Skills: . At least 4 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM); . At least 3 years' experience in JAVA Programming (JAV); . At least 1 year's experience in Public Key Infrastructure (PKI); . 3 years' experience in Web Programming (WEB) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in Microsoft SQL Server (MSS) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Electronic Form (EFM) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 2 years' experience in vendor management (VMG); . At least 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV); . Good coordination skills is an advantage; . Good written English is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Government tendering procedures (GTP) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 4 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
