| Project Nature |
(T26) "iAM Smart" Platform provides all Hong Kong residents a single digital identity and authentication function to conduct online government and commercial transactions in a simple, convenient and secure manner. Apart from the government online services, public and private organisations can also adopt "iAM Smart" in their online services. The project team is responsible for promoting and technical support to Bureau/Departments (B/Ds), public and private sectors for "iAM Smart" integration.

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO;
The CSA will be required to:
1. assist supervisor to provide logistics and IT support to government B/Ds and private sectors for their online service to adopt "iAM Smart" Application Programming Interfaces (API);
2. assist supervisor to work with other "iAM Smart" support teams, related government contractors and external service partner to provide support including arrangement on use of testing/production environment and related components, update on sample code applications, update on the reference applications, facilitation for the online services in integration as well as provision of IT support on the necessary integration work;
3. provide secretarial, administrative and logistics support to meetings on iAM Smart API; and
4. any other duties assigned by the supervisors.

| Requirements |
The candidate should posses:
- solid experience in IT application development using web services;
- experience in API design and implementation, PKI, digital certificate, mobile app development, or identity management related technologies is preferable;
- strong knowledge and experience in online applications and mobile applications development using RESTful/JSON API;
- solid experience in support IT systems having interfaces with external parties;
- knowledge of network security principles;
- good command of English including spoken and writing skills; and
- fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin
Technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM);
. At least 1 year's experience in Web Programming (WEB);
. At least 1 year's experience in Web Services (WSV);
. At least 1 year's experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM);
. 1 year's experience in IT Security (ITS) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Mobile / Wireless Communication (MWC) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. Good coordination skills is a must;
. At least 1 year's experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS);
. At least 1 year's experience in quality assurance (QAS);
. 2 years' experience in IT Service Management (SMG) is an advantage;
. Good written English is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in helpdesk call handling (HDT) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in managing G2B and G2C projects (GBC) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
