Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the EDB; i. To maintain the file servers, web servers, application servers, etc. of the Section; ii. To assist in the design, enhancement, management and revamp of websites (desktop and mobile versions) and mobile applications of the Section, including the EDB website, Book Works Reading Site, etc.; iii. To maintain the IT systems of the Section; iv. To manage the databases of the Section, including the statistical records of the EDB website, Book Works Reading Site, etc.; v. To enable applications and software programmes of the Section with computer programming; vi. To provide IT support to the operation of mobile applications of the Section; vii. To assist in the production of learning and teaching resources of the Section; viii. To assist in photo and video taking and editing of the Section; ix. To assist in the procurement of IT equipment and products of the Section; and x. To provide technical support to the Section and undertake any other duties as assigned. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 2.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements The selected candidate shall comply with specified requirements imposed by the Government in writing for safeguarding public interest at large, including matters relating to public health, national security, social order and public safety, etc. prior to commencement of the Service Period (Relevant Employee). Technical Skills: . At least 2 years' experience in Apache Web Server (AWS); . At least 2 years' experience in Experience in C# programming (C#P); . At least 2 years' experience in Client/Server Application Development (C/S); . At least 2 years' experience in HTML5 (HT5); . At least 2 years' experience in HTML version before HTML5 (HTM); . At least 2 years' experience in Java Application Framework (e.g. Struts (Apache)) (JAF); . At least 2 years' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP); . At least 2 years' experience in JBoss Application Server (JAS); . At least 2 years' experience in JAVA Programming (JAV); . At least 2 years' experience in J2EE Development (JDE); . At least 2 years' experience in Java Servlet Programming (JSP); . At least 2 years' experience in MySQL (MSQ); . At least 2 years' experience in Microsoft SQL Server (MSS); . At least 2 years' experience in .NET C# (NEC); . At least 2 years' experience in PHP programming (PHP); . At least 2 years' experience in Website Administration (WEA). Non-technical Skills: . At least 2 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . At least 2 years' experience in vendor management (VMG). - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 2 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
