Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the HKO; A CAP is required to take up the following tasks during the contract period: (1) Perform website frontend and backend integration to support features including but not limited to user authentication and authorization, weather data retrieval, user information update, etc.; (2) Define the structure and syntax of APIs with OpenAPI Specification; (3) Address user's comments on the revamped webpages and the GIS map layout; (4) Prepare test cases and sample data and conduct functionality and reliability test of revamped GOWISE website; (5) Conduct unit test and stress test on the Contractor's deliverables; (6) Carry out configuration and programming modification according to the Security Risk Assessment and Audit (SRAA) and Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) report; (7) Conduct system monitoring, tuning, and hot fix; and (8) Prepare documentation and training to HKO staff. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 4.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 2.0 Requirements 1) Proficiency in web development using ReactJS, PHP, and SQL; 2) Experience in web-based GIS development. 3) Knowledge of RESTful API, AJAX, JWT; 4) Experience in Node.js, code splitting is a plus. 5) Experience in version control tools such as Gitlab or GitHub. 6) Knowledge of Apache/Nginx web servers and Unix/Linux Shell Scripting is a plus. A criminal record check will be required, and the offer is subject to the criminal record check results. Technical Skills: . At least 3 years' experience in HTML5 (HT5); . At least 3 years' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP); . At least 3 years' experience in Web Programming (WEB); . At least 1 year's experience in PHP programming (PHP); . At least 1 year's experience in Structured Query Language (SQL); . At least 1 year's experience in IT Security (ITS); . 1 year's experience in Apache Web Server (AWS) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Internet/ Intranet (INT) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV); . 6 months' experience in software testing (STM) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
