(T26) Support and implement security safeguards in the DPO office and provide system administration and technical support on GOA.

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO;
1) Coordinate, implement and maintain the IT Security safeguards.
2) Provide on-going technical support, administration and security safeguards of Outlook email system/internet email
3) Provide the associated GOA IT support and security safeguards to end-users.
4) Multi-functional network printer administration and support.

| Requirements |
Please refer to the details under "Skill and Experience" section; and
(1) Experience in planning, coordinating, implementing and maintaining the Anti-APT network (e.g. Deep Discovery Inspector) and email (e.g. Deep Discovery Email Inspector) appliance for security safeguard; and
(2) Knowledge in implementing and maintaining the Privileged Access Management System (e.g. CyberArk) for enhancement of control, monitoring and audit of all privileged identities and activities across the system network; and
(3) Solid and hands-on experience in Microsoft Exchange Server, Outlook and internet/internal email administration and application management; and
(4) Experience in the support, administration and maintenance of Multi-functional network printers
Technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in Confidential Mail System (CMS);
. At least 1 year's experience in IT Security (ITS);
. 2 years' experience in Networking (NET) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. 2 years' experience in customer service (CLS) is an advantage;
. 2 years' experience in Government procurement/disposal procedures (GPD) is an advantage;
. 2 years' experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS) is an advantage;
. 2 years' experience in managing Government projects (MGP) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
