| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the TD;
To support the implementation/on-going maintenance/system enhancement of e-Services and related internal system and monitor the performance of external contractor

| Requirements |
1) Support system implementation for delivering new/enhanced applications/e-services and liaise with users on requirements gathering and acceptance testing.
2) Possess of knowledge, experience and skills in design and implementation of IT infrastructure including server virtualisation, SAN storage & backup, networking, database, security, system & networking monitoring, etc.
3) Possess of knowledge and experience in preparing technical specifications for procuring large-scale IT infrastructure systems and equipment and the related implementation services.
4) Possess of experience in performing quality review on the deliverables submitted by contractors for acceptance of IT infrastructure/application systems.
5) Possess of knowledge and experience in centralised system and networking monitoring, and/or centralised log management and analytics is an advantage.
6) Solid experience in implementing and supporting IT projects for IT infrastructure.
7) Be a good team player with competent communication and interpersonal skills.
Technical Skills:
. At least 3 years' experience in Infrastructure (INF);
. At least 2 years' experience in IT Security (ITS);
. At least 2 years' experience in Network & System Management (NSM);
. At least 2 years' experience in Server Virtualisation Technology (SVT).
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 1 year's experience in managing Government projects (MGP);
. 2 years' experience in IT service/outsourcing management (OUT) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Government tendering procedures (GTP) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
