Job Key No 36436 Job Title/ Category Contract Systems Analyst (Bid Ref 56894-1) Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Application Development Nature Contract Deadline 18 Dec 2025 Contract Period 01 Feb 2026 to 31 Jan 2027 (12 months) Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business Government T26 Contract Location Base Yau Ma Tei Work in Guangdong Province N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26) Mobile application and related backend system design and development for Transport Department Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the TD; To monitor the performance of and manage external contractor for providing system design and implementation services Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 4.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements 1) To monitor the contractor in carrying out various activities during system implementation, support and maintenance. 2) To perform quality review on the deliverables submitted by contractor. 3) To provide support on liaison with the parties concerned, including users, contractors, stakeholders, etc., for requirements collection & analysis, cost estimations, deliberation of business and technical options, etc. 4) To advise users on all-IT related aspects of the proposed system and support users to conduct UAT. 5) Possess experience in implementation or maintenance of mobile applications, better with experience using iAM Smart for authentication. 6) Possess experience in secured authentication of mobile device using various technologies such as PKI framework, FIDO framework, etc. is preferred. 7) Possess experience in implementation or maintenance of applications using Java VM, Java EE and GCIS platform is preferred. 8) Be a good team player with competent communication and interpersonal skills. Technical Skills: . At least 5 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM); . At least 5 years' experience in Object-oriented Analysis and Design (OOA); . At least 5 years' experience in Source Control Management System (SCM); . At least 5 years' experience in Wireless and Mobile (WLM); . At least 1 year's experience in Web Programming (WEB). Non-technical Skills: . At least 3 years' experience in IT service/outsourcing management (OUT); . At least 3 years' experience in software testing (STM); . At least 2 years' experience in vendor management (VMG); . At least 2 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . At least 2 years' experience in managing Government projects (MGP). - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
