| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the TD;
This post is responsible for supporting the preparation and implementation of next generation of VALID system and support of the implementation/on-going maintenance of e-Services

| Requirements |
1) Support system implementation for delivering new/extended e-services and liaise with users on requirements gathering and acceptance testing.
2) Prepare project management plan and work assignment brief, evaluate vendor proposals for project implementation and monitor the project progress.
3) Take part in the ongoing support for systems which deliver counter services and e-services cum advise users on IT related aspects of the supported systems.
4) Perform quality review on the deliverables submitted by contractors and advise users on all-IT related aspects of the supported systems.
5) Liaise with the parties concerned, including users, contractors, stakeholders, etc., for requirements collection and preparation of technical specifications
6) Possess of application development skills including Java Enterprise Edition (Java EE), web application frameworks, database access/admin, etc.
7) Solid experience in implementing and supporting IT projects/systems on cloud infrastructure (i.e. GCIS)
8) Be a good team player with competent communication and interpersonal skills
Technical Skills:
. At least 5 years' experience in J2EE Development (JDE);
. At least 5 years' experience in Web Programming (WEB);
. At least 4 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM);
. At least 4 years' experience in EGIS (EGI).
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV);
. At least 2 years' experience in IT service/outsourcing management (OUT).
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
