Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the TD; To support the implementation/on-going maintenance/system enhancement of new/extended e-services and related internal system and monitor the performance of external contractor. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 8.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 8.0 Requirements 1) Support system implementation for delivering revamped/enhanced applications/e-services related to vehicle and driving license and liaise with users on funding acquisition, requirements gathering, procurement management, acceptance testing and project management plus governance. 2) Possess solid experience in implementing the licensing e-services/systems on Government Cloud Infrastructure (e.g. Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) and Container-as-a-Service (CaaS), etc.). 3) Lead a project support team. 4) Possess of experience in performing quality review on the deliverables submitted by contractors for acceptance of IT infrastructure/application systems to ensure the services provided are up to standard and upholding the security requirements. 5) Experience and exposure to enterprise application development, web application framework, database query, etc. 6) Liaise with parties concerned (including users, contractors, computer operators, etc.) for requirement, implementation and on-going activities support. 7) Evaluate the technical feasibility of new IT initiatives. 8) Be a good team leader and player with competent communication and interpersonal skills. Technical Skills: . At least 8 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM); . At least 8 years' experience in EGIS (EGI); . At least 8 years' experience in Electronic Service Delivery (ESD); . At least 8 years' experience in IT Security (ITS); . At least 8 years' experience in Websphere development (WES). Non-technical Skills: . At least 8 years' experience in managing Government projects (MGP); . At least 8 years' experience in IT service/outsourcing management (OUT); . At least 7 years' experience in Government procurement/disposal procedures (GPD); . At least 4 years' experience in Government tendering procedures (GTP). - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 8 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 8 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
