To provide IT support for the implementation and production operation of TSW Phase 3; 2. To support the contractors of TSW Phase 3 on infrastructure setup, including server platforms, network infrastructure, storage systems, backup and restore solution, and system management and monitoring solution, etc.; 3. To provide operation support for TSW Phase 3 including system monitoring, incident management, change management, inventory management, etc.; 4. To participate in different acceptance tests such as installation test, system acceptance test, user acceptance test, etc.; 5. To carry out any other duties assigned by the supervisor; and 6. The candidate will be required to work on shift duty to support 24x7 production system operations, including night shifts, weekends, holidays, and off-site assignments as needed. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 3.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 2.0 Requirements The candidate should possess: - Solid knowledge and experience in site preparation in multiple data centres; and - Work experience with/in the Government Experience in the following areas is an advantage: - Solid knowledge and experience in cloud infrastructure, such as SAN storages and server virtualisation, etc.; and - Experience in Government Cloud Infrastructure Services (GCIS) The candidate should also: - Have strong sense of analytical and problem solving skills; and - Be hard-working and self-motivated with positive attitude. Security vetting is required. Technical Skills: . At least 3 years' experience in System Backup Operation (BKO); . At least 3 years' experience in Infrastructure (INF); . At least 3 years' experience in Networking (NET); . 1 year's experience in Network & System Management (NSM) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 3 years' experience in site preparation (SPE); . At least 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV). - At least Level 2 or above in 5 subjects including Chinese and English Language in HKDSEE or Grade E or above in 5 subjects, including Chinese and English Language (Syl B) in HKCEE or equivalent; - At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
