Job Key No 36415 Job Title/ Category Contract Analyst Programmer (Bid Ref 56788-1) Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Others Nature Contract Deadline 24 Dec 2025 Contract Period 03 Feb 2026 to 31 Jan 2027 (11 months) Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business Government T26 Contract Location Base Yau Ma Tei and Cheung Sha Wan Work in Guangdong Province N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26) Enhancement of 1823 Systems Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO; The staff is required to perform system administration, system upgrade, system design and analysis, development, testing, application deployment and document for system maintenance and enhancement including but not limited to the following: (1) To assist the Systems Engineers and Assistant Systems Engineers to manage, maintain and enhancement of existing applications and manage new projects (2)To collect and analyse user requirements and perform system analysis and design (3)To conduct feasibility study and impact analysis, evaluate implementation options, perform system sizing, undertake phyiscal design, produce and maintain system document (4)To develop and enhance application programs with quality assurance (5)To assist in project management, supervise and monitor the progress and performance of contractors (6)To ensure the system design and architectural solutions comply with government standards (7)To perform day-to-day monitoring and performing troubleshooting (8)Evaluate, recommend and follow up the procurement of hardware and software for the Government IT projects (9) Maintain inventory for IT assest (10)To perform system/software upgrade and patch management (11)To prepare and deliver presentations/demonstration on all deliverables to internal teams and end users (12)To support IT security assessment and compliance audit (13)To perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 3.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements (1) Minimum 3 years of post-qualification IT experience with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in performing an analyst/ programmer role; (2) At least 1 year of experience in analysis, design, development and implementation of IT applications and systems; (3) At least 2 years' experience in using database (e.g. Oracle RDBMS, MS SQL Server), programming language (e.g. C#.NET, PL/ SQL, T-SQL, Classic ASP) and reporting application (e.g. PowerBI) (4) Experience in any following area is an advantage: - Oracle Siebel - Oracle APEX - Web page / Web Services Programming - Linux / Windows Shell Script (5) To assume duty in 1823 offices in Yau Ma Tei or Cheung Sha Wan subject to operational needs. Technical Skills: . At least 2 years' experience in Microsoft SQL Server (MSS); . At least 2 years' experience in Oracle RDBMS (ODB); . At least 2 years' experience in Visual Studio. Net (VSN). Non-technical Skill: . 1 year's experience in vendor management (VMG) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
