Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO; The required staff will take up support duties for promoting cybersecurity awareness to the public, which typically include: - to assist in overseeing overall programme planning and implementation; - to conduct technical information research and related planning on event related activities; - to liaise and collaborate with organising partners on event related activities and deliverables; - to support senior Government officials in participating in the events which include preparation of presentation materials, event briefs, visit, background research, logistics arrangement and other related activities; - to coordinate promotion campaigns and activities, which may include organising media briefings, contests, virtual events of lining up promotion opportunities with external parties, for promoting the projects; - to support other cybersecurity-related events organised by the Government; and - to perform other duties as requested by the supervisor. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 4.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements The candidate must have at least 4 years working experience and possess working experience in event support, liaison and coordination, for instance with industry partners, the Government or non-governmental organisations (NGOs). The candidate must have good command of both English and Chinese, as well as effective communication and interpersonal skills. Technical Skills: . At least 1 year's experience in Chinese Processing (CHI); . At least 1 year's experience in Internet/ Intranet (INT); . At least 1 year's experience in Multimedia (MUL); . 1 year's experience in IT Planning (ITP) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in IT Security (ITS) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 1 year's experience in event management (EMG); . At least 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV); . Excellent written English is a must; . 1 year's experience in managing Government projects (MGP) is an advantage; . Good coordination skills is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
