(T26) To support the implementation of the Electronic Administrative Computer Projects Committee (e-ACPC) Enhancement project and other related supporting tasks under DPO.

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO;
To assist DPO in support the implementation of the e-ACPC Enhancement project and other related supporting tasks for project governance under DPO
a) Support project management for the project
b) Monitor the contractor to carry out the implementation services for the project
c) Review the physical design and technical deliverables provided by the contractor for the project
d) Perform user acceptance testing for the project
e) Liaise with the project teams of DPO and other B/Ds for the project and other project governance tasks
f) Provide support on project governance and progress monitoring of all government IT projects
g) Carry out any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

| Requirements |
a) The candidate must possess solid knowledge and experience in development and testing of web-based applications, preferably under cloud and web form environment.
b) The candidate must have strong data analysis and processing skills.
c) The candidate must have good communication and coordination skills.
d) Priority will be given to candidates with experience in government IT projects, project management, knowledge in PMP methodology and experience in design and development of Business Intelligence (BI) reporting and/or Robotic Processing Automation (RPA) applications.
Technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM);
. At least 1 year's experience in VBA (VBA);
. At least 1 year's experience in JAVA Programming (JAV);
. 1 year's experience in J2EE Development (JDE) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in MySQL (MSQ) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV);
. Good written English is a must;
. At least 1 year's experience in project management (PRM);
. 1 year's experience in quality assurance (QAS) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in managing Government projects (MGP) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
