| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DH;
Normal working hours: Mon - Fri, 9:00 - 17:48
1. To steer and advise on solution architecture for the implementation, maintenance and ongoing support of IT systems and service delivery;
2. To lead the formulation and implementation of IT strategy;
3. To provide consultancy advice on strategies and governance on areas related to the use of IT;
4. To provide technical advices to management, user or community as appropriate; and
5. To carry out any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

| Requirements |
1. At least Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related subject;
2. Solid experience in system development lifecycle;
3. Familiar with government system implementation approach;
4. Experience in implementation of AI applications / systems preferred.
Technical Skills:
. At least 10 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM);
. At least 5 years' experience in IT Planning (ITP);
. 5 years' experience in Project Management Professional (PMP) (PMP) is an advantage;
. 5 years' experience in PRINCE (PRE) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 5 years' experience in Clinical Related Information System (CRS);
. At least 5 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV);
. At least 5 years' experience in quality assurance (QAS);
. 5 years' experience in project management (PRM) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 11 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 5 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
