| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO;
1. Provide technical advice and departmental IT support to users
2. Support, troubleshoot and assist in the maintenance of IT infrastructure including workstation, notebook, etc
3. Assist in the website administration, maintenance and support
4. Any other duties which may be assigned for the provision of IT services to FSB

| Requirements |
Following requirements are essential:
(a) Solid experience in Microsoft Outlook mail administration and technical support and good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook operation
(b) Solid experience in website administration (WEA) and maintenance and good knowledge of HTML (HTM)
(c) Solid experience PC/LAN Support (PLS) and Windows operating systems (W10)
(d) Solid experience in client service and helpdesk support call handling
Priority will be given to candidates who possess the following requirement(s):
Good knowledge in network products (NET) including switches, routers, security appliances and network
management tools
Technical Skills:
. At least 1 year's experience in HTML version before HTML5 (HTM);
. At least 1 year's experience in PC LAN Support (PLS);
. At least 1 year's experience in Windows 7/8/10 (W10);
. At least 1 year's experience in Website Administration (WEA);
. 1 year's experience in IT Security (ITS) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Networking (NET) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skill:
. At least 1 year's experience in customer service (CLS).
- At least Level 2 or above in 5 subjects including Chinese and English Language in HKDSEE or Grade E or above in 5 subjects, including Chinese and English Language (Syl B) in HKCEE or equivalent;
- At least 5 years'relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
