Assist in preparing and submitting project applications, forms, and documentation. . Track submission deadlines and ensure timely delivery. . Maintain accurate records of submitted materials and follow up as needed. - Project Coordination Support . Work closely with developers and project managers to gather required information or user requirements. . Organize and maintain project files, ensuring the documentation should be up-to-date. . Assist Project Managers in preparing reports, presentations and progress updates. . Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as needed. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 2.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 2.0 Requirements - Bachelor's degree or above in IT related field. - Minimum 2-3 year of experience in IT project management or Business Analyst. - Excellent organizational and time-management in project coordination. - Basic understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and system infrastructures. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project etc.). - Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus. - Possess a strong sense of responsibility. - Self-motivated and well-organized, willing to learn with a positive attitude.
