(T26) This is a CSA position responsible for implementing a new Artificial Intelligence (AI) platform for DPO to support document analysis, as well as the subsequent maintenance and enhancement of the AI platform.

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO;
1. Gather user requirement for implementation of the AI platform
2. Perform application development and plan for enhancement of the AI platform
3. Communicate with vendor on the technical requirements for AI platform setup
4. Perform technical evaluation on the deliverables of vendor for quality assurance
5. Perform maintenance and support for the AI platform, including both hardware and software

| Requirements |
The proposed candidates must have:
1. Sound knowledge in AI technologies, especially in Large Language Model (LLM) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
2. Solid experience in building AI platform, including both infrastructure and application (such as, Ollama, DeepSeek or equivalent open-source platforms/models)
3. Strong communication skill
The proposed candidates should preferably have:
1. Experience in vendor management
2. Knowledge and experience in system implementation on private cloud environment
3. Experience in Web Service, Python programming, IT System Security will be advantageous
Technical Skills:
. At least 1 year's experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM);
. At least 6 months' experience in Data Management (DMT);
. 6 months' experience in IT Security (ITS) is an advantage;
. 6 months' experience in Server Virtualisation Technology (SVT) is an advantage;
. 6 months' experience in Web Services (WSV) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. 6 months' experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage;
. 6 months' experience in vendor management (VMG) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
