| Project Nature |
(T26) This is a CSA position responsible for providing client support to B/Ds regarding development of government e-forms and matters concerning government forms. The position is also responsible for supporting the development and acceptance of a new Central e-Form Services (CEFS) component to be production launched in December 2026.

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO;
- The CSA will be required to liaise with different stakeholders to collect user requirements, design technical solutions, conduct system integration tests and user acceptance tests, prepare for system rollout, prepare documentations and perform other tasks related to the new system component.
- The CSA will be required to assist CEFS clients to adopt the iAM Smart, e-Payment, Digital Corporate Identity and Consented Data Exchange Gateway features for e-Forms.
- The CSA will be required to coordinate with contractor for the conduction of Security Risk Assessment and Audit, load test and red team assessment.
- The CSA will also be required at times to provide after normal office hour support for special events, fire-fighting and urgent deployment of services.

| Requirements |
1. Possess solid and intensive web application development skills including JavaScript;
2. Possess working experience in contractor liaison and coordinating Security Risk Assessment and Audit, load test and red team assessment for IT systems;
3. Knowledge and experience of interfacing with iAM Smart and e-payment gateway is preferred but not mandatory;
4. Possess working experience in user support and coordination;
5. Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills;
6. Hard-working and self-motivated with positive attitude;
7. A team-player with good communication and interpersonal skills; and
8. To carry out other project related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP);
. At least 2 years' experience in Security Risk Assessment and Audit (SAA);
. At least 2 years' experience in Wireless and Mobile (WLM).
Non-technical Skills:
. Good coordination skills is a must;
. At least 2 years' experience in quality assurance (QAS).
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
