The System provides Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) for access by other government systems and non-government systems to perform authentication, form filling, digital signing and other functions with the consent of the mobile app users. The project team will be responsible for the platform operations, maintenance and development work as well as to provide necessary technical support to Bureaux/ Departments (B/Ds) for integrating their online services with the System. Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO; The CSA will be required to: 1. Work in SecOps team to provide support on the operations and maintenance work for the System, including patching on the operating system and software within the System; 2. Conduct security reviews and risk assessments for the System; 3. Support threat monitoring, event/incident response, security patching and other security operations for round-the-clock running systems; 4. Identify, analyse and report vulnerabilities in the System, ensuring timely communication to relevant stakeholders for remediation; 5. Develop and maintain a cybersecurity risk register, documenting risks, likelihood, impact and mitigation strategies to align with security guidelines; 6. Support the AI-based log management system; 7. Possess insight in assessing and evaluating threat models prior to system analysis and design; and 8. Perform any other duties (including publicity) assigned by the supervisors. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 4.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements The candidate should possess: 1. Solid technical knowledge and hands-on experience in resolving complex technical issues in system infrastructure; 2. Solid hands-on experience on setup, configuration and system tuning of computer virtualisation, Linux operating system, MySQL database, and network architecture; 3. Solid experience on creating patching procedures, leading SecOps, and updating ISO documents; 4. Solid experience on Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems for threat detection and incident response; 5. Solid hands-on experience in reviewing the risk registers to perform on-going risk monitoring; 6. Hands-on experience in creating user-friendly dashboards and leveraging strong Search Processing Language (SPL) skills to analyse logs and generate reports; 7. Hands-on experience in designing alerts for proactive monitoring, rapid incident detection and developing Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) workflows; 8. Hands-on experience in conducting security reviews and risk assessments; 9. Knowledge and experience in supporting digital identity system / IT application development involving mobile app on iOS and Android platforms is an advantage; 10. Good communication, analytical and problem solving skills; 11. Good command of English and writing skills; 12. Able to communicate in Putonghua and Simplified Chinese in technical terms with contractors; and 13. Criminal record verification by the Hong Kong Police Force is required. Technical Skills: . At least 2 years' experience in Infrastructure (INF); . At least 2 years' experience in Intrusion Prevention System (IPS); . At least 2 years' experience in IT Security (ITS); . At least 2 years' experience in Public Key Infrastructure (PKI); . At least 2 years' experience in Security Risk Assessment and Audit (SAA); . At least 2 years' experience in Security Incident Detection and Handling (SDH); . 1 year's experience in JAVA Programming (JAV) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Mobile / Wireless Communication (MWC) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Networking (NET) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . Good coordination skills is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS) is an advantage; . Good Putonghua is an advantage; . Good written English is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in vendor management (VMG) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
