Job Key No 35833 Job Title/ Category Contract Project Manager (Bid Ref 56283-1) Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Others Nature Contract Deadline 27 Oct 2025 Contract Period 15 Dec 2025 to 14 Dec 2026 (12 months) Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business Government T26 Contract Location Base Wanchai Work in Guangdong Province N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26) System Implementation and Maintenance Support Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the HAD; The post is created for management and monitoring of the System Analysis & Design ("SA&D"), implementation, system integration, maintenance and support of a new information system including: -assist his/her supervisor in supporting Project Steering Committee (PSC) and Project Assurance Team (PAT) on overseeing the delivery of a new information system; -oversee the project progress & spending position; -manage and supervise the internal project team; -provide overall contractor management and coordination; -prepare the work assignment briefs for the procurement of related hardware, software and services, etc; -assist users to identify the user requirements for system development and the use of spatial data; -coordinate the setup and maintenance of the information system in Government Cloud and assist the contractors to perform necessary tests to ensure a high level of system reliability and availability; -provide assistance on user acceptance test, data conversion and verification activities; -provide technical advice, resolve any possible conflict and follow up all technical problems; -review system deliverables and documentation; and -assist users in governing the systems' conformance to Government policies and standards; -perform any other related duties as assigned by supervisor. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 10.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 4.0 Requirements The candidate should have solid experience in conducting SA&D, system implementation and integration, maintenance and support, project management, IT operational management, IT Security and IT planning, outsourcing management and other related technical skills. The candidate should also have work experience in implementing large scale system, high availability and disaster recovery requirements. Knowledge in Government IT standards & procurement procedures, having professional IT qualification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) and experience in using Geographic Information System and Government cloud services are preferred. Technical Skills: . At least 5 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM); . At least 5 years' experience in Multi-tier System Integration (MSI); . At least 5 years' experience in Project Management Professional (PMP) (PMP); . At least 5 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM); . 3 years' experience in Server Virtualisation Technology (SVT) is an advantage; . 3 years' experience in Network & System Management (NSM) is an advantage; . 3 years' experience in IT Operational Management (OPM) is an advantage; . 3 years' experience in Production Database Support (PDS) is an advantage; . 3 years' experience in Data Architecture (DAR) is an advantage; . 3 years' experience in Document Management System (DMS) is an advantage; . 3 years' experience in Document Flow/Workflow Management System (DOC) is an advantage; . 3 years' experience in Geographic Information System (GIS) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 5 years' experience in contract administration (CON); . At least 5 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . At least 5 years' experience in managing Government projects (IEG); . At least 5 years' experience in project management (PRM); . At least 5 years' experience in vendor management (VMG); . 3 years' experience in managing Government IT standards (ITG) is an advantage; . 3 years' experience in managing Government projects (MGP) is an advantage; . 3 years' experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS) is an advantage; . 3 years' experience in Government tendering procedures (GTP) is an advantage; . 3 years' experience in Business Process Modeling (BPM) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 10 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 4 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
