Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the HD; - Responsible for enhancing and maintaining the corporate information system and big data platform to enable analysis results to support business insights; - Identify business opportunity for applying big data solutions for business analytics; - Evaluate the technical feasibility of new big data initiatives; - Guide the full life cycle of big data project, including: business case development, technology assessment, solution architecture formulation, proof of concept execution to prove the value of big data business cases; - Collaborate and communicate with management, internal and external partners regarding methodologies, project progress, issue resolution and improvement areas; - Advise and coordinate on effective application of corporate database; - Manage the business support team and ensure the timeliness of deliverables; - Enhance and maintain big data applications to support the daily operations of different business units. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 10.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 5.0 Requirements - At least 5 year experiences in project management related to IT application development project; - At least 4 year experiences in IT projects related to big data project implementation; - Proven experience of big data processing framework and tools, such as Hadoop, MapR, NoSQL is a must; - Proven experience of data visualization tools such as Tableau is a must; - Proven experience on advanced big data analysis techniques such as machine learning, text analytics, outlier detection, etc. is a must; - Experience analysing complex data, identifying core issues, evaluating and reaching appropriate solution is preferable; - Strong analytical mind and problem solving skills; - Good verbal and written communication skills to work with multiple disciplines; - Good presentation skills; - Self-motivated; and - Able to work independently and under pressure. Technical Skills: . At least 5 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM); . At least 5 years' experience in business intelligence/data mining (BDM); . At least 4 years' experience in Data Administration (DAM); . At least 4 years' experience in Data Warehouse (DWH); . At least 1 year's experience in Oracle RDBMS (ODB); . 1 year's experience in Data Architecture (DAR) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 5 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . At least 5 years' experience in Government tendering procedures (GTP); . At least 5 years' experience in managing Government projects (MGP); . At least 5 years' experience in project management (PRM); . At least 4 years' experience in tender preparation and administration (TPA); . Good written English is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in negotiation (NEG) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 10 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 5 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
