The position is required to manage the security, cloud resources, infrastructure and performance of the platforms to facilitate adoption by Government bureaux and departments (B/Ds) and ensure smooth operations of the platforms. Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO; The successful applicant will be required: - To work in team for the design, enhancement, testing, maintenance and administration of Chatbot-as-a-Service, AI Computer Vision Hub and Social Media Text Analytics System. - To assist his/her supervisors in managing contractors for supporting Chatbot-as-a-Service, AI Computer Vision Hub and Social Media Text Analytics System. - To provide technical support to Government B/Ds for the adoption of chatbot, AI and big data analytics technologies. - To conduct technical and literature research and analyses of the development of artificial intelligence and big data analytics related subjects. - To provide production support after normal office hours, if necessary, including but not limited to troubleshooting production issues, monitoring system stability, production rollout of enhancements, etc. - When necessary, the CSA is required to provide both technical and administrative support related to the project after normal office hours for special events, fire-fighting and urgent deployment of services, etc. - To perform any other works as assigned by the supervisor. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 4.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements 1. Possess at least 3 years of experience in text/image/video analytics; 2. Have at least 1 year of experience on system development and deployment on clouds. 3. Possess solid knowledge and experience on managing cloud resources in public cloud platform and Government Cloud Infrastructure Services (GCIS); 4. Possess solid knowledge and experience on installing and managing the following environment and tools: - Linux - Web application development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) - JupyterHub - Python - Rstudio - R programming - MySQL 5. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills; 6. Hard working and self-motivated with good working attitudes; and 7. Can work independently. Technical Skills: . At least 1 year's experience in Data Management (DMT); . At least 1 year's experience in Linux System Administration (LIN); . At least 1 year's experience in MySQL (MSQ); . 1 year's experience in HTML5 (HT5) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in business intelligence/data mining (BDM) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 3 years' experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS); . At least 1 year's experience in IT service/outsourcing management (OUT); . Good coordination skills is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
