Project Nature (T26) To handle helpdesk cases of government e-services in connection with MyGovHK, iAM Smart, Pay e-Cheque Portal and Change of Address (COA) and ensure the smooth operation of these systems. MyGovHK is the personalised website of the Government which enables citizens to go through the processes of user registration, service enrollment and user authentication in a unified manner, bringing them a consistent experience in using e-government services. The iAM Smart initiative will support Hong Kong residents to use a single digital identity and authentication to conduct government and commercial transactions online. The Pay e-Cheque Portal allows citizens to enter bill information and upload e-Cheques for settling government bills and fees. The COA service enables citizens to enter details of personal or company address once and send the updates to multiple government departments and NGOs in one go.
Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO;
The CSA will be required to:
1. Handle the helpdesk cases and answer public enquiries / complaints on MyGovHK, iAM Smart, Pay e-Cheque Portal, COA and other related services;
2. Monitor the daily operations of several levels of helpdesks;
3. Coordinate project activities and assist in managing the service rollout of online services with MyGovHK, iAM Smart and other related services;
4. Provide client advisory, coordination, system maintenance, troubleshooting, testing and support services to ensure the smooth operations of the systems; and
5. Perform other project related duties as designated by the supervisors.
The successful applicant will be required to work closely with related system project teams.

Requirements 1. Candidate should possess solid experience in helpdesk operations.
2. Candidate should possess extensive experience in different aspects of system implementation, including preparation of requirement specification, management of system development, outsourcing, maintenance and enhancement support.
3. Candidate with experience in application development using Java Enterprise Edition (Java EE) is an advantage.
4. Candidate should possess strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Candidate should have strong communication skills in English and Chinese.
Technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in Electronic Service Delivery (ESD);
. At least 2 years' experience in Web Hosting, Design and Maintenance (WED);
. 1 year's experience in J2EE Development (JDE) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Project Management and Issue Tracking System (PIT) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in customer relations (ECR);
. At least 2 years' experience in helpdesk call handling (HDT);
. At least 1 year's experience in IT service/outsourcing management (OUT);
. 1 year's experience in customer service (CLS) is an advantage;
. Good written English is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
