Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the LD;
- Provide helpdesk support, system administration and backup operations - Provide on-site user support - Perform health check and system/network monitoring - Perform any other relevant duties as assigned by supervisors and the management of ITMD of LD - May work in various locations, including Eastern, Central and Western district, and any other area in Hong Kong - May be redeployed to provide IT support for other divisions/systems/projects in the future

Requirements |
- Must have experience in PC LAN support - Must have experience in MS Windows Server 2008 or above administration - Must have experience in Windows 7/8/10 - Must have experience in Office Automation - Must have Helpdesk and Client Service experience - Work experience in System Backup Operation is highly desirable - Work experience in the Government is desirable - Interview will be conducted in both Cantonese and English
Technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in Office Automation (OAN);
. At least 2 years' experience in PC LAN Support (PLS);
. At least 2 years' experience in Windows 7/8/10 (W10);
. At least 2 years' experience in Windows Server 2008/2012 (W12);
. 1 year's experience in System Backup Operation (BKO) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in customer service (CLS);
. At least 2 years' experience in helpdesk call handling (HDT);
. 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage.
- At least Level 2 or above in 5 subjects including Chinese and English Language in HKDSEE or Grade E or above in 5 subjects, including Chinese and English Language (Syl B) in HKCEE or equivalent;
- At least 2 years'relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
