The position is required to manage the infrastructure, cloud resources, performance and security of the platforms to facilitate adoption by Government bureaux and departments (B/Ds) and ensure smooth operations of the platforms. Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO; The successful applicant will be required: - To work in team for the design, enhancement, testing, maintenance and administration of the on-premises solution of Generative AI's applications and Social Media Text Analytics System. - To assist his/her supervisors in managing contractors for supporting the on-premises solution of Generative AI's applications and Social Media Text Analytics System. - To coordinate with contractors and other in-house teams of the Government for the deployment, enhancement and maintenance tasks. - To provide technical support to Government B/Ds for the adoption of Generative AI, AI and big data analytics technologies. - To conduct technical and literature research and analyses of the development of AI and big data analytics related subjects. - To provide production support after normal office hours, if necessary, including but not limited to troubleshooting production issues, monitoring system stability, production rollout of enhancements, fire-fighting and urgent deployment of services, etc. - To perform any other works as assigned by the supervisor. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 4.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements 1. Have at least 3 years of experience on system development and deployment on clouds. 2. Possess solid knowledge and experience in social media analytics, text/image/video analytics and big data analytics 3. Preferably possess solid knowledge and experience on managing cloud resources in public cloud platform and Government Cloud Infrastructure Services (GCIS); 4. Possess strong communication skills to effectively collaborate among different teams and contractors; 5. Possess strong sense of analytical and problem-solving skills; 6. Possess solid knowledge and experience on installing and managing the following environment and tools: - Linux - Python - Rstudio - R programming - SQL 7. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills; 8. Hard working and self-motivated with good working attitudes; and 9. Can work independently. Technical Skills: . At least 3 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM); . At least 3 years' experience in Structured Query Language (SQL); . At least 1 year's experience in Data Management (DMT); . 2 years' experience in Server Virtualisation Technology (SVT) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in business intelligence/data mining (BDM) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 1 year's experience in IT service/outsourcing management (OUT); . 3 years' experience in vendor management (VMG) is an advantage; . 3 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
