(T26) Contract Administration of the Standing Offer Agreements for Quality Professional Services (SOA-QPS) and Support of SOA-QPS Tendering

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO;
i) Provide contractual advice to departments and contractors on the use of SOA-QPS;
ii) Handle contract administration tasks of SOA-QPS with departments and contractors;
iii) Provide support to SOA-QPS tendering such as preparation of document/report templates, technical support to briefing, IT equipment preparation/setup/support, communication with other parties, etc.;
iv) Support enhancement of Quality Professional Services Information System (QPSIS) and e-Procurement System (e-PS) for SOA-QPS such as fine tuning user requirements, user acceptance testing, documentation, etc.; and
v) Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

| Requirements |
Apart from the mandatory technical and non-technical requirements specified below, the candidate
i) should have sound experience in data analysis using Excel spreadsheet and formula; and
ii) should possess good interpersonal skill.
Technical Skills:
. At least 1 year's experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM);
. 2 years' experience in IT Security (ITS) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Java Application Framework (e.g. Struts (Apache)) (JAF) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Structured Query Language (SQL) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. Good written English is a must;
. 1 year's experience in contract administration (CON) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Government procurement/disposal procedures (GPD) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in helpdesk call handling (HDT) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
