| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the EDB;
- To carry out liaison works with each individual user located in various officers of EDB
- To coordinate and liaise with technical teams and stakeholders for carrying out the project
- To consolidate returns of the project with various stakeholders
- To answer and handle inquiries related to the project raised by EDB users
- To perform other tasks related to the project as assigned by supervisors

| Requirements |
- At least 2-year work experience in Government B/Ds, in particular, in providing system support / user support
- Experience in system revamp / migration project in Govenment B/Ds is an advantage
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced proficiency in Excel is preferred
- Knowledge in Microsoft Outlook / Exchange is preferred
Technical Skill:
. At least 6 months' experience in Windows 7/8/10 (W10).
- At least Level 2 or above in 5 subjects including Chinese and English Language in HKDSEE or Grade E or above in 5 subjects, including Chinese and English Language (Syl B) in HKCEE or equivalent;
- At least 5 years'relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
