Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO; - Take part in implementation, maintenance, and testing on system changes/enhancements of CMMP, particularly on Dirsync sub-system and system interface with other central services, and systems in other bureaux/departments (B/Ds) - Identify and resolve reported issues of CMMP, particularly on Dirsync sub-system (a system to synchronise directory between Domino Notes and Microsoft Active Directory), reply to the reported users, and create and maintain knowledgebase documents for the team to refer in future for resolutions - Maintain, enhance and support the customisation for the Mail Administration System of CMMP, including the Software Management Sub-system and Mailbox Migration Sub-system (in C#, ASP.NET, Javascript and Typescript). - Maintain and prepare scripts and programs to automate tasks and integration with other sub-systems - Monitor and report system usage and healthiness - Assure and control the quality of the project deliverables produced by the contractors/vendors - Provide daily administrative support and produce reports and deliverables meeting the internal standards and requirements of the project - Provide liaison and support to different stakeholders, and other B/Ds on the production changes - Provide comprehensive end-user support during and after rollout, including issue assessment, workaround formulation, and coordination with technical teams for resolution - Self-motivated, able to work independently under pressure, multi-tasking and energetic - Work outside office hours and provide on-call production support - Perform any work assigned by supervisor Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 4.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements - Minimum of 4 years of post-qualification IT experience, in which includes a minimum of 1 years of working experience in system analysis and design - Minimum of 3 years of working experience in system implementation, maintenance and support of IT system - Minimum of 2 years of working experience in application development using .Net - Minimum of 2 years of solid working experience in C# programming - Experience on configuration and support on Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange / Outlook is highly preferred - Knowledge and experience in working with/in the Government is preferred - Good command in spoken and written English is required - Good command in spoken Mandarin is preferred Technical Skills: . At least 3 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM); . At least 2 years' experience in .Net Development (NDE); . At least 2 years' experience in .NET C# (NEC); . 1 year's experience in Multi-tier System Integration (MSI) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . Good spoken English is a must; . Good written English is a must; . Good coordination skills is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in managing Government projects (MGP) is an advantage; . Good Putonghua is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
