Provide on-going administration and maintenance of CMS including the Central Audit Trail of Confidential Mail System (CATCMS), Mobile Confidential Mail Service (MCMS) servers and networks. 2. Provide support and advice to B/Ds on the use of CMS. 3. Set up and maintain testing environment and conduct testing for CMS. 4. May need to work outside office hours for production support. 5. Conduct any project related tasks. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 3.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements - Solid hands-on experience in system implementation/maintenance and support, including the setup, implementation and administration of Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Hyper-V. Candidates should be capable of performing ad-hoc and regular server administration tasks independently, such as patch deployment, testing and configuration changes. - Knowledge and/or experience in IT security, anti-virus technology, Windows Server and SQL Server hardening, and optionally Microsoft Exchange/Outlook and implementation of government IT project. - Experience in setup, implementation and administration of HCL Domino/Notes, Microsoft Active Directory and/or other directory services (e.g. LDAP) would be an advantage. - Experience in setup, implementation and administration of endpoint security solution would be an advantage. - Experience in setup, implementation and administration of CMS would be an advantage. - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. - Able to communicate effectively. Technical Skills: . At least 2 years' experience in Microsoft SQL Server (MSS); . At least 2 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM); . At least 2 years' experience in Windows Server 2008/2012 (W12); . At least 1 year's experience in Server Virtualisation Technology (SVT); . 2 years' experience in Microsoft Active Directory Administration (ADA) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in Anti-Virus Technology (AVT) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in Lotus Notes Administration & Technical Support (LON) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Confidential Mail System (CMS) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Endpoint Security Solutions (ESS) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in IT Security (ITS) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Network & System Management (NSM) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage; . Good written English is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
