| Project Nature |
(T26) iAM Smart provides all Hong Kong residents aged 11 or above with a single digital identity and an authentication function to conduct government and commercial transactions online. As set out in the Policy Address 2022 by the Chief Executive, the Government aims to provide one-stop digital government services by fully adopting iAM Smart by 2025 so as to realise single portal for online government services. There are system implementation and enhancements work ongoing.
The project team is responsible for providing service engagement and technical support to public and private sectors for iAM Smart integration.

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO;
The successful applicant will be required to:
1. collect the requirement for the system implementation and enhancement work related to supporting iAM Smart service provider engagement and adoption of iAM Smart in their online services;
2. monitor the outsource contractor(s) and coordinate with contractors, service partner and different project teams for the success system implementation and enhancement work;
3. assist supervisor to provide logistic and IT support to public and private sectors for their online service to adopt iAM Smart Application Programming Interfaces (API);
4. assist supervisor to work with other iAM Smart support teams, related government contractors and external service partner to provide support including arrangement on use of testing / production environment and reference applications as well as provision of IT support on the necessary integration work;
5. assist in the implementation of the iAM Smart Integrated Portal to manage the application and onboarding workflow of adoption of iAM Smart by the online service providers of Government Bureaux and Departments and public and private organisations;
6. provide secretarial, administrative and logistics support to meetings; and
7. any other duties assigned by the supervisors.

| Requirements |
The candidate should posses:
- solid experience in API design and implementation, PKI, digital certificate, mobile app development, or identity management related technologies;
- strong knowledge and experience in online applications and mobile applications development using RESTful / JSON API;
- solid experience in IT application development and management;
- solid experience in support IT systems having interfaces with external parties;
- strong in communication with English including spoken and writing skills;
- fluent in Cantonese; and
- good communication and interpersonal skills.
Technical Skills:
. At least 1 year's experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM);
. At least 1 year's experience in Web Programming (WEB);
. At least 1 year's experience in Web Services (WSV);
. 1 year's experience in IT Security (ITS) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Mobile / Wireless Communication (MWC) is an advantage;
. 6 months' experience in Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. Good coordination skills is a must;
. At least 1 year's experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS);
. Good written English is a must;
. 2 years' experience in IT Service Management (SMG) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in quality assurance (QAS) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in helpdesk call handling (HDT) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in managing G2B and G2C projects (GBC) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
