(T26) Provide support and enhancement services for the existing Workflow Management System (WMS) and Workflow Management Extension (WME)

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the IRD;
1) Collect user requirements and support the vendor to conduct system analysis and design
2) Prepare and review the documents and deliverables provided by the vendor
3) Prepare program specifications, supervise programmers in application development/enhancement, conduct various tests including system test, load test, resilience test, backup and recovery test, disaster recovery drill, etc.
4) Assist users in conducting User Acceptance Tests
5) Any other duties assigned by the supervisor

| Requirements |
Experience in
1) System analysis & design and implementation of client/server or web applications
2) JavaScript programming;
3) Java programming and various Java frameworks (e.g. Spring)
4) SQL programming;
5) XML processing.
Technical Skills:
. At least 6 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM);
. At least 6 years' experience in Java Application Framework (e.g. Struts (Apache)) (JAF);
. At least 6 years' experience in JAVA Programming (JAV);
. At least 6 years' experience in Structured Query Language (SQL);
. At least 6 years' experience in Unix/Linux Shell Scripting (ULS);
. At least 6 years' experience in XML (XML).
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 3 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV);
. Good written English is a must.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 8 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 3 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
