(T26) Website Support and Application Development for IT Systems in EDB

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the EDB;
(a) Provide technical support to the EDB Homepage website (www.edb.gov.hk) and related content management
system, which include to review and comment project deliverables of the contractors, and verify technical
solutions for implementation;
(b) Manage and support thematic websites and EDB Intranet;
(c) Provide technical support in open data;
(d) Provide technical consultation service on in-house projects and outsourcing projects; and
(e) Perform project management, system implementation, system administration and maintenance for in-house
projects.

| Requirements |
(1) At least 8 years of post-qualification IT experience of which 5 years' experience in website development,
administration and content
management using OpenText TeamSite, and in managing systems and applications implementation;
(2) At least 4 years' experience in Government IT projects; and
(3) At least 3 years' experience in supporting open data.
Technical Skills:
. At least 8 years' experience in MS ASP.NET (MSA);
. At least 8 years' experience in Microsoft SQL Server (MSS);
. At least 8 years' experience in .Net Development (NDE);
. At least 8 years' experience in .NET C# (NEC);
. At least 8 years' experience in Visual Studio. Net (VSN);
. At least 6 years' experience in Microsoft Officer SharePoint Server Administration (MSP);
. 5 years' experience in Microsoft Active Server Page Scripting (ASP) is an advantage;
. 5 years' experience in Microsoft Internet Information Services (MIS) is an advantage;
. 5 years' experience in SQL Server Reporting Services (SRS) is an advantage;
. 5 years' experience in VBA (VBA) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skill:
. At least 5 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV).
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 8 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 5 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
