(T26) Website Support and Application Development for IT Systems in EDB

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the EDB;
(a) Provide technical support to the EDB Homepage website (www.edb.gov.hk) and related content management
system, which include to assist in project management and coordination work, perform quality assurance
checking and monitor the project progress as well as contractor performance;
(b) Provide technical support to other EDB's thematic websites;
(c) Assist in project implementation for the new IT requests;
(d) Provide technical consultation service on in-house projects and outsourced projects; and
(e) Perform project management, system administration, implementation and maintenance for the internal
systems.

| Requirements |
(1) At least 8 years of post-qualification IT experience of which 4 years' experience in website
administration, development, and in managing systems and applications implementation;
(2) At least 1 years' experience in Government IT projects; and
(3) At least 4 years' experience in content management system including Sitefinity and TeamSite.
Technical Skills:
. At least 4 years' experience in Microsoft Active Server Page Scripting (ASP);
. At least 4 years' experience in HTML5 (HT5);
. At least 4 years' experience in Microsoft Internet Information Services (MIS);
. At least 4 years' experience in Website Administration (WEA);
. At least 4 years' experience in Web Hosting, Design and Maintenance (WED);
. At least 3 years' experience in MS ASP.NET (MSA);
. At least 3 years' experience in Microsoft SQL Server (MSS);
. At least 3 years' experience in .Net Development (NDE);
. 2 years' experience in .NET C# (NEC) is an advantage;
. 2 years' experience in HTML version before HTML5 (HTM) is an advantage;
. 2 years' experience in Apache Web Server (AWS) is an advantage;
. 2 years' experience in Chinese Computing Standards, eg.HKSCS,Big5,Unicode (CCS) is an advantage;
. 2 years' experience in Web Programming (WEB) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skill:
. At least 2 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV).
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 8 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 4 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
