To perform and lead subordinates to collect user requirements and conduct system analysis and design for EUQ and SPSS, which are developed using Java and SAS; 2. To manage the system integration among various application systems; 3. To perform and lead subordinates to install, setup, configure, test and support various system and application software; 4. To perform and lead subordinates to manage software vendors on system installation, setup, support, performance tuning, capacity planning, testing and problem solving; 5. To perform and lead subordinates to provide on-going system administration, enhancement, maintenance, capacity planning and management, performance tuning, testing, technical support and problem solving for the application systems; 6. To perform and lead subordinates to provide on-going technical support on application version control, application deployment, problem solving and performance tuning; 7. To maintain system documentation (e.g. system specifications, program specifications and inventory records); and 8. To perform any other duties assigned by supervisors. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 11.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 4.0 Requirements The candidate should have solid experience in 1. SAS; 2. DB2; 3. SQL programming; 4. Java Programming; 5. Technical Skills: . At least 5 years' experience in Java Application Framework (e.g. Struts (Apache)) (JAF); . At least 5 years' experience in JAVA Programming (JAV); . At least 5 years' experience in SAS (SAS); . At least 5 years' experience in Structured Query Language (SQL); . At least 5 years' experience in Unix/Linux Shell Scripting (ULS); . At least 5 years' experience in XML (XML); . At least 5 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM); . At least 4 years' experience in DB2 (DB2). Non-technical Skills: . At least 4 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . Good written English is a must. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 11 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 4 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
