| Project Nature |
(T26) To enhance and support e-government services in connection with the Change of Address (COA) and iAM Smart,and to maintain Short Message Service (SMS) related services for MyGovHK. The COA service allows public users to change the address records of various B/Ds and non-government organizations in one go. iAM Smart supports Hong Kong residents to use a single digital identity and authentication to conduct government and commercial transactions online. MyGovHK is the personalised website of the Government which provides public users a user-friendly and personalised user experience in interacting with the government.

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO;
The CSA will be required to:
1. perform system enhancement, testing and quality assurance for COA;
2. provide maintenance, troubleshooting, system monitoring, and technical support on the day-to-day operation of the COA and SMS related services of MyGovHK;
3. provide technical advice for new initiatives related to iAM Smart, COA and other related services;
4. coordinate with Government departments and other organizations to support system enhancement and integration with COA service; and
5. carry out other duties as assigned by supervisors.
The successful applicant will be required to work closely with related system project teams.

| Requirements |
1. Candidate should possess working experience in implementing and/or supporting critical web-based online service systems
2. Candidate should possess solid application development skills using Java Enterprise Edition (Java EE)
3. Candidate with experience in mobile app implementation is an advantage
4. Candidate should possess strong sense of analytical and problem solving skills
5. Candidate should be hard-working and self-motivated with positive attitude
6. Candidate should be a team-player with good communication and interpersonal skills
Technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP);
. At least 2 years' experience in JBoss Application Server (JAS);
. At least 2 years' experience in J2EE Development (JDE);
. At least 2 years' experience in Web Services (WSV);
. At least 1 year's experience in JavaServer Faces (JSF) (JSF);
. 1 year's experience in IT Security (ITS) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skill:
. 1 year's experience in managing G2B and G2C projects (GBC) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
