(T26) - To support the operation of Landslip Prevention and Mitigation Programme (LPMitP) by performing maintenance and enhancement of information systems, such as electronic Landslip Preventive Measures Information System (eLPMIS), Landslip Preventive Measures Block Votes Expenditure System (LPMBVES) and Works Order Information System (WOIS).

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the CEDD;
- Collect and analyze user requirements;
- Provide support on system analysis & design, program development, integration and maintenance of IT systems;
- Provide support on project monitoring and management;
- Prepare system documentation, e.g. system manuals, operation guide and specification; and
- Perform other IT duties assigned by supervisor.

| Requirements |
The applicant must have:
- a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent, awarded by a university in Hong Kong or by an overseas education institution;
- at least 4 year post-qualification IT related experience; and
- at least 2 year practical experience in web/mobile application development, and system integration with enterprise database.
Technical Skills:
. At least 3 years' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP);
. At least 3 years' experience in .Net Development (NDE);
. At least 3 years' experience in Oracle RDBMS (ODB);
. At least 3 years' experience in Structured Query Language (SQL);
. At least 3 years' experience in Web Programming (WEB);
. At least 1 year's experience in Microsoft SQL Server (MSS);
. At least 1 year's experience in Geographic Information System (GIS);
. 1 year's experience in Apache Web Server (AWS) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Mobile / Wireless Communication (MWC) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in ArcSDE (SDE) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
