(T26) Manage system implementation and maintenance of dental services related systems.

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DH;
(a). Lead a team for system development, enhancement, application and operation support, system
maintenance and documentation of the systems;
(b). Lead user requirements collection, systems analysis and design work;
(c). Manage the delivery of enhancement work;
(d). Manage the overall system performance with ensured information security, data integrity, system capacity, availability and continuity;
(e). Manage the system infrastructure hosted in GCIS;
(f). Manage installation and deployment of the system at various locations;
(g). Monitor outsourced contractor; and
(h). Others as assigned by supervisors.

| Requirements |
(a). In-depth experience in IT project management and team management;
(b). In-depth experience in Java web-based application development and management, system implementation, system maintenance and operation support
(c). Familiar with the GCIS Hosting Service;
(d). Familiar with managing and supporting government systems and services;
(e). Good at organising, presentation and writing skills;
(f). Able to work in a diversified and dynamic team environment;
(g). May be required to work in non-office hours and provide 7x24 on-call support service;
(h). Familiar with Government IT standards and methodologies such as SSADM and PRINCE is an advantage; and
(i). Work experience in clinical related information system is an advantage.
Technical Skills:
. At least 8 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM);
. At least 8 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM);
. At least 2 years' experience in EGIS (EGI);
. 4 years' experience in J2EE Development (JDE) is an advantage;
. 2 years' experience in Infrastructure (INF) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 4 years' experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS);
. At least 4 years' experience in project management (PRM);
. 1 year's experience in Clinical Related Information System (CRS) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 10 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 4 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
