| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the HYAB;
1. Provide technical support on network infrastructure and servers mainly in Windows environment of HYAB
2. Design and implement the revamp of computer equipment for example network infrastructure, servers and client PC of HYAB
3. Prepare procurement documents on IT products and services for the revamp of IT infrastructure of HYAB
4. Communicate with other parties like contractors , users on the revamp project of IT equipment of HYAB
5. Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors

| Requirements |
Solid Hands-on Experience in:
a) Managing and maintaining network equipment including router, switches, firewalls , etc;
b) Administration of Windows Server and Windows 10 PC Clients; Hands-on experience in Windows 11, Windows server 2022 or 2025 is preferred;
c) Site preparation of IT facilities in new / remote offices;
d) Good written English and Chinese
Technical Skills:
. At least 5 years' experience in CISCO IOS Software & CISCO Products (CIP);
. At least 5 years' experience in Internet Firewall Technical Support (IFW);
. At least 5 years' experience in Infrastructure (INF);
. At least 5 years' experience in IT Planning (ITP);
. At least 5 years' experience in IT Security (ITS);
. At least 5 years' experience in Networking (NET);
. At least 5 years' experience in Network & System Management (NSM);
. At least 5 years' experience in Technical Architectural Support (TAS);
. At least 5 years' experience in Virtual Private Network (VPN);
. At least 5 years' experience in Windows 7/8/10 (W10);
. At least 5 years' experience in Windows Server 2008/2012 (W12).
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 5 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV);
. At least 5 years' experience in Government procurement/disposal procedures (GPD);
. At least 5 years' experience in managing Government projects (MGP);
. At least 5 years' experience in IT service/outsourcing management (OUT);
. At least 5 years' experience in IT procurement (PRO);
. At least 5 years' experience in site preparation (SPE);
. At least 5 years' experience in vendor management (VMG);
. 5 years' experience in IT Service Management (SMG) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 8 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 6 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
