Support security compliance audit exercise. The staff is mainly required to - 1. Provide administrative and technical support for development of information security policies, guidelines, practice guides and related materials. 2. Handle enquires from B/Ds on government IT security related regulations, policies and guidelines and assist in drafting written replies or advice to B/Ds on security matters. 3. Perform editorial duties and conduct quality assurance and control on the work submitted by the external parties, contractors or other team members. 4. Consult and liaise with stakeholders (e.g., B/Ds, contractors, external industry players) to device security requirements. 5. Assist in the compilation, translation and publication of security related documents and materials. 6. Conduct research on topics related to security for government initiatives. 7. Provide other administrative, logistics and technical support and advices to the DPO IT Security Team. 8. Work independently to manage the government-wide security compliance audit exercise of individual B/Ds and assess their security compliance against government's security requirements. The responsible activities include but are not limited to conducting meetings, arranging interviews with B/Ds' staff, reviewing security processes and controls of B/Ds and preparing written reports; 9. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 4.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements 1. Good command of both English and Chinese presentation and writing skills; 2. Valid certification of CISP, CISSP, CISM or CISA; and 3. Preferably with experience in information security policy and standard and familiar with ISO 27000 families. Technical Skills: . At least 1 year's experience in IT Security (ITS); . At least 1 year's experience in Security Risk Assessment and Audit (SAA); . 1 year's experience in Information Security Management (ISM) is an advantage; . 6 months' experience in Security Incident Detection and Handling (SDH) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . Excellent written English is a must; . At least 6 months' experience in managing corporate IT security framework (CSF); . At least 6 months' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . 6 months' experience in managing international security standards (ISD) is an advantage; . 6 months' experience in vendor management (VMG) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
