Job Key No 35510 Job Title/ Category Contract Systems Analyst (Bid Ref 55943-1) Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Others Nature Contract Deadline 22 Sep 2025 Contract Period 03 Nov 2025 to 30 Apr 2026 (5 months) Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business Government T26 Contract Location Base Mong Kok Work in Guangdong Province N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26) Development, migration, enhancement, testing, ongoing maintenance, and support of IT systems and websites Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the LD; - Assist the Project Manager in project initiation, planning, execution, and team supervision - Perform cost estimation and manage procurement processes for outsourced services, hardware, and software acquisitions - Conduct detailed manpower resource planning for system development, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance & support, aligned with government-adopted standards and methodologies - Execute intensive Java programming and debugging tasks independently to develop new systems, maintain and enhance existing functionalities, and ensure high performance and reliability of internal and public-facing applications - Lead and conduct system testing (unit, integration, user acceptance test), facilitate end-user training, and manage data conversion and conversion activities - Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, user manuals, and etc. - Monitor outsourced service contractors to ensure quality and compliance - Collaborate with external vendors and partners to design, implement, and maintain scalable IT systems and digital services - Provide technical support and IT advisory services to internal stakeholders - Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisors Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 4.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements - Must have solid experience in Function Point Analysis - Must have solid experience in Information System Study - Must have solid experience in Java Application Framework (e.g. Struts (Apache)) - Must have solid experience in Java Programming - Must have solid experience in Oracle RDBMS - Must have solid experience in Security Risk Assessment and Audit - Must have work experience in the Government - Must have solid Knowledge in Government Procurement/Disposal Procedures - Must have solid experience in IT Service/Outsourcing Management - Must have solid experience in Site Preparation - Experience in Document Flow/Workflow Management System is highly desirable - Experience in MySQL is highly desirable - Experience in Reporting tools including Crystal Report and iReport is highly desirable - Experience in XML is highly desirable - Interview will be conducted in both Cantonese and English - Written test may be required during the interview Technical Skills: . At least 6 years' experience in Information System Study (ISS); . At least 6 years' experience in Java Application Framework (e.g. Struts (Apache)) (JAF); . At least 6 years' experience in JAVA Programming (JAV); . At least 6 years' experience in Document Flow/Workflow Management System (DOC); . At least 6 years' experience in Oracle RDBMS (ODB); . At least 2 years' experience in Function Point Analysis (FPA); . 6 years' experience in XML (XML) is an advantage; . 4 years' experience in Reporting (Crystal Report, iReport) (REP) is an advantage; . 4 years' experience in MySQL (MSQ) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 6 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . At least 2 years' experience in Government procurement/disposal procedures (GPD); . At least 2 years' experience in IT service/outsourcing management (OUT); . At least 2 years' experience in site preparation (SPE). - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
