| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the TD;
1) To assist in the implementation of Inventory System to various divisions in Transport Department;
2) To develop computer programs for Inventory System or other systems;
3) To perform data conversion of inventory records; and
4) To perform other duties assigned by SE/IT or his delegates.

| Requirements |
1) Holder of a Hong Kong degree, or equivalent;
2) Proven work experience in computer program development;
3) Self-motivated to work with minimal supervision;
4) Good communication and interpersonal skills; and
5) Knowledge of RFID technology will be an added advantage.
Technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in Apache Web Server (AWS);
. At least 2 years' experience in PHP programming (PHP);
. At least 2 years' experience in Structured Query Language (SQL);
. At least 2 years' experience in Web Programming (WEB);
. 1 year's experience in Experience in C# programming (C#P) is an advantage;
. 6 months' experience in Mobile / Wireless Communication (MWC) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in IT procurement (PRO) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
