| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the TD;
1) To provide issue, replacement and support to mobile devices, Mobile Device Management (MDM) and manage mobile data plan;
2) To provide support to Lotus Notes and MCMS account management and housekeeping;
3) To perform system health check, backup and restore and work with contractor for hardware maintenance;
4) To provide support to tape drives and manage its consumables, such as backup tapes; and
5) To perform other duties assigned by SE/IT and his delegates.

| Requirements |
1) Previous work experience in supporting OA service in HKSARG is preferred;
2) Required to travel to various TD sub-offices server room;
3) Solid Experience in System Backup Operation;
4) Knowledge in MDM solution and manage and deploy mobile devices to users;
5) On-shift working may be required;
6) Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
7) Good communication skill, particularly on call service is an advantage.
Technical Skills:
. At least 4 years' experience in Lotus Notes Mail Admin. & Technical Support (LNM);
. At least 4 years' experience in Veritas Backup Exec (VBE);
. At least 4 years' experience in Windows Server 2008/2012 (W12);
. At least 3 years' experience in Wireless and Mobile (WLM).
Non-technical Skill:
. At least 3 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV).
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 8 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 4 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
