| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the TD;
1) To perform regular system health check, backup and restore and work with contractor for hardware maintenance;
2) To assist to perform tasks in setup Disaster Recovery Site/Server Room which include:-
- site preparation and setup new equipment;
- perform patching of network cables and connecting servers and PC equipment to network;
- perform and monitor all server room setup activities;
- provide troubleshooting of Network, Servers and PCs;
3) To manage, implement of Virtual Desktop solution;
4) To inspect LAN infrastructure, design and install well-functioning computer networks, connection, cabling and virtual network; and
5) To perform other duties assigned by SE/IT and his delegates.

| Requirements |
1) Previous work experience in supporting OA service in Government is preferred;
2) Solid experience in System Backup Operation;
3) Required to travel to various TD sub-offices server rooms;
4) On-shift working may be required;
5) Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; and
6) Good communication skill, particularly on call service is an advantage.
Technical Skills:
. At least 4 years' experience in System Backup Operation (BKO);
. At least 4 years' experience in Server Virtualisation Technology (SVT);
. At least 4 years' experience in Veritas Backup Exec (VBE);
. At least 4 years' experience in Windows Server 2008/2012 (W12).
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 4 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV);
. At least 3 years' experience in site preparation (SPE).
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 8 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 4 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
