| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the TD;
1) To assist in procurement of IT equipment, including preparation of technical specification and purchase order;
2) To perform operation and maintenance of application systems (Inventory System, Computer Facilities Borrowing System and etc);
3) To keep stock and monitor stock level of IT equipment;
4) To update and maintain IT Inventory record; and
5) To perform other duties assigned by SE/IT or his delegates.

| Requirements |
1) Higher Diploma holder in Computer Science or related disciplines;
2) Practical knowledge and skills in desktop computer installation and related problem solving;
3) Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
4) Self-motivated to work with minimal supervision and;
5) Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Technical Skills:
. At least 3 years' experience in Office Automation (OAN);
. At least 3 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM);
. At least 3 years' experience in Windows 7/8/10 (W10);
. 1 year's experience in Windows Programming (WPG) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in Government procurement/disposal procedures (GPD);
. At least 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV).
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
