| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the TD;
1) To develop computer programs and provide on-going support for various systems (e.g. Computer Inventory System, Computer Facilities Borrowing System);
2) To assist in IT procurement and inventory management; and
3) To perform other duties assigned by SE/IT or his delegates.

| Requirements |
1) Degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines;
2) Previous work experience in software program development;
3) Possess basic knowledge in systems analysis and design;
4) Self-motivated to work with minimal supervision and;
5) Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in Experience in C# programming (C#P);
. At least 2 years' experience in MySQL (MSQ);
. At least 2 years' experience in PHP programming (PHP);
. At least 6 months' experience in HTML version before HTML5 (HTM);
. At least 6 months' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP);
. 6 months' experience in Apache Web Server (AWS) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV);
. At least 1 year's experience in IT procurement (PRO).
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
