(T26) To perform helpdesk service and PC support

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the TD;
1) To act as helpdesk engineer in providing helpdesk call service and troubleshooting of PC and mobile device-related problems;
2) To carry out client software rollout, PC health check and performance tuning;
3) To setup and support video conferencing systems
4) To set up and support Mobile Workspace Services (MWS) and Mobile Confidential Mail Services (MCMS), along with troubleshooting mobile device issues;
5) To troubleshoot the OA system, including the Central Electronic Recordkeeping System (Central ERKS); and
6) To perform other duties assigned by SE/IT or his delegates.

| Requirements |
1) Proven work experience in supporting OA service in HKSARG is preferred (in particular in Windows10, Lotus Notes Client, Microsoft Office support, Zenwork Remote Management);
2) Solid experience in working in a helpdesk/call center;
3) Required to travel to/station at various TD sub-offices and remote offices for on-site support;
4) On-shift working may be required
5) Good communication skill, particularly on call service is an advantage.
Technical Skills:
. At least 5 years' experience in Microsoft Active Directory Administration (ADA);
. At least 5 years' experience in Lotus Notes Mail Admin. & Technical Support (LNM);
. At least 5 years' experience in PC LAN Support (PLS);
. At least 5 years' experience in Windows 7/8/10 (W10).
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 5 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV);
. At least 5 years' experience in helpdesk call handling (HDT).
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 5 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
