(T26) To provide operation support, quality management and training support to iAM Smart helpdesk services. iAM Smart supports Hong Kong residents to use a single digital identity and authentication through a mobile application to conduct government and commercial transactions online. The helpdesk services handle enquiries and requests on iAM Smart submitted by the public.

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO;
The CSSA will be required to
1. co-ordinate different handling parties of helpdesk cases to ensure helpdesk services with quality are provided to the public;
2. handle and prepare replies to public enquiries and complaints escalated from the helpdesk team;
3. perform quality check, quality management, and administration support for the daily operation of the outsourced helpdesk services of iAM Smart;
4. review and refine the reports and other deliverables provided by the helpdesk team;
5. prepare training materials such as FAQs and presentation slides of iAM Smart and provide training support to the helpdesk team;
6. carry out other duties as assigned by the supervisors; and
7. manage a CSA and work with other staff to form a team to provide the above services.

| Requirements |
The candidate should:
1. possess solid working experience in helpdesk operation support for public facing services
2. possess solid working experience in preparing replies to public enquiries and complaints relating to the use of online service or mobile application
3. possess strong interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
4. possess good communication in both English and Chinese
5. be hard-working and self-motivated to work proactively and independently in performing the assigned tasks
Technical Skills:
. At least 3 years' experience in IT Operational Management (OPM);
. At least 2 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM).
Non-technical Skills:
. Good written English is a must;
. 2 years' experience in managing G2B and G2C projects (GBC) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage;
. Good Putonghua is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
