Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the TD; 1) To assist in the implementation of various IT projects including but not limited to Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Web Application, Database, Dashboard, data.gov.hk and CSDI platform; 2) To provide technical, infrastructure, maintenance and coding support on various IT projects; 3) To assist in design and development of applications; 4) To assist in procurement of IT equipment and services; and 5) To perform any other IT-related duties as required. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 2.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements 1) Bachelor degree or above in Hong Kong or equivalent in computer science or information technology; 2) Good knowledge in developing applications for Web; 3) Good knowledge in Mobile application development and maintenance of the following: iOS, Android and Flutter, MDM will be an advantage; 4) Good Knowledge in Windows and Linus Administration; 5) Good knowledge in JavaScript, React.js and Node.js; 6) Knowledge in application system development and maintenance of the following: MSSQL, MySQL, RESTful API, Python, HTML5, XML, JSON and Apache; 7) Knowledge in data.gov.hk, CSDI and ArcMap; 8) Knowledge in data analytics and video analytics will be advantage; 9) Knowledge on Server & Network Infrastructure support and maintenance of the following: VMware, Docker, Kubernetes, firewall and router will be an advantage; 10) Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; and 11) Working outside normal working hours and on irregular hours may be required. Technical Skills: . At least 2 years' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP); . At least 2 years' experience in Web Programming (WEB); . At least 1 year's experience in XML (XML); . At least 1 year's experience in .Net Development (NDE); . At least 1 year's experience in JAVA Programming (JAV); . At least 1 year's experience in Linux System Administration (LIN); . At least 1 year's experience in MySQL (MSQ); . At least 1 year's experience in Microsoft SQL Server (MSS); . At least 1 year's experience in Apache Web Server (AWS); . At least 1 year's experience in Experience in C# programming (C#P); . At least 1 year's experience in HTML5 (HT5); . At least 1 year's experience in HTML version before HTML5 (HTM); . At least 1 year's experience in Object-oriented Analysis and Design (OOA); . 1 year's experience in Internet Firewall Technical Support (IFW) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Infrastructure (INF) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in IT Security (ITS) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in C++ (C++) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Endpoint Security Solutions (ESS) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Mobile / Wireless Communication (MWC) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Network & System Management (NSM) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . Good written English is a must; . 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Government procurement/disposal procedures (GPD) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 2 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
