| Project Nature |
(T26) 1) Patch Deployment of OA Desktop Environment;
2) Provide support of Active Directories and network services;
3) Support of various in-house web-based application;
4) Co-ordinate data communication lines services;
5) Programming project(s) related to enhancement of operations and maintenance TD's network infrastructure;
6) Enhance Nextcloud & Nextcloud TALK for TD's internal document sharing, collaboration and ad-hoc information dissemination via Nextcloud TALK mobile App;
7) Develop ETCC Mobile App to facilitate the ETCC 2.0 operation workflow;
8) Implement and Software Support Internal Cloud Computing for data sharing and project-based collaboration;
9) Inspect LAN infrastructure, design and install well-functioning computer networks, connection, cabling and virtual network; and
10) Other duties assigned by SE/IT and his delegates.

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the TD;
1) Be responsible for the assigned new software system development and maintenance of existing systems;
2) Be responsible for the daily Nextcloud, Nextcloud TALK, AD and network services request;
3) Perform Mobile Application development using Flutter, C#, PHP, SQL Server, MySQL and other latest technologies;
4) Perform and administrate data communication lines procurement and billing process; and
5) Provide system maintenance and support to various in-house Web-based application systems.

| Requirements |
1) Possess at least three years' post-qualification IT experience of which one year must be in a similar post and in a comparable capacity to this vacancy;
2) Previous work experience in Nextcloud, web-based and Mobile App (Flutter) software development;
3) Possess basic knowledge in systems analysis and design;
4) Good communication and English writing skills.
Technical Skills:
. At least 3 years' experience in .Net Development (NDE);
. At least 3 years' experience in Networking (NET);
. At least 3 years' experience in PHP programming (PHP);
. At least 1 year's experience in Data Warehouse (DWH);
. 3 years' experience in MySQL (MSQ) is an advantage;
. 3 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM) is an advantage;
. 3 years' experience in Windows NT Server Administration & Network Support (WNT) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV);
. Good written English is an advantage;
. 2 years' experience in vendor management (VMG) is an advantage;
. 2 years' experience in helpdesk call handling (HDT) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
