| Project Nature |
(T26) 1) .NET Development projects related to Active Directories and network services;
2) Support of various in-house web-based application;
3) Develop ITS request system, Internal User-Identity Database and System performance and alert dashboard;
4) Develop Mobile applications in iPhone and Android platforms;
5) Implement and Software Support Internal Cloud Computing for data sharing and project-based collaboration; and
6) Other duties assigned by SE/IT and his delegates.

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the TD;
1) Be responsible for the assigned new software system and mobile app development and maintenance of existing systems;
2) Be responsible for the daily AD and network services request;
3) Provide system development, maintenance and support to various in-house Web-based application systems and Mobile Application.

| Requirements |
1) Possess at least three years' post-qualification IT experience of which one year must be in a similar post and in a comparable capacity to this vacancy;
2) Previous work experience in web-based software and mobile application development;
3) Possess basic knowledge in systems analysis and design;
4) Good communication and English writing skills.
Technical Skills:
. At least 3 years' experience in MySQL (MSQ);
. At least 3 years' experience in .Net Development (NDE);
. At least 3 years' experience in PHP programming (PHP);
. 3 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM) is an advantage;
. 3 years' experience in Windows NT Server Administration & Network Support (WNT) is an advantage;
. 3 years' experience in Networking (NET) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV);
. Good written English is an advantage;
. 2 years' experience in vendor management (VMG) is an advantage;
. 2 years' experience in helpdesk call handling (HDT) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 5 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 3 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
